Then We Wind Down
Because doing the work is only half of it.
The afternoon closes with a one-hour integration session led by Jess Statham — a trained facilitator in Groupwork, Reflective Practice, and Theory U (trained under Otto Scharmer).
This is a deeply experiential, reflective hour designed just for you. A space to reflect, refine, and restore yourself.
We often talk about self-care, but this is something deeper — giving yourself the space to ground and settle into that important place within, where your wisdom lies and your guidance has time to breathe.
Jessica will hold this space in a safe and gentle way, inviting you to breathe, reflect, and restore.
This offers each individual, and the group, the gift of integration — both personally and professionally. Because in our business, we are working as a whole — and this is the ethos that underpins this practice.
You will leave feeling clear, empowered, and with a deeper knowing of who you are — both as a person and in your business.
You don’t need to prepare anything.

The Night Before

BrookLodge sits in a secluded Wicklow valley — just over an hour from Dublin, but worlds away from everything else.
Think open countryside, organic food, and a venue that immediately tells your nervous system to slow down.
The Strawberry Tree, their award-winning restaurant, is Ireland's original certified organic restaurant. The food alone is worth the trip.
